Well, we at least got the "Ultimate Edition" of the Phantom Menace score in 2000, so it was nice to have the complete score for that film, even though some of the added stuff was really just low-key background music. It was nice to have the tracks in chronological order though, which some soundtracks don't bother doing for "artistic" reasons. I don't think I've listened to that since around the time it came out, so maybe it's time to dig it out again.

Yeah, odd that they didn't do that with the last two STAR WARS movies. I had to buy bootlegs, but would rather have the actual soundtracks. I was also bummed that the INDIANA JONES box set of the scores were also INCOMPLETE. Not very well done, as they replaced actual tracks with album tracks that are different, and left off lots of stuff if your a JOHN WILLIAMS or Indy fan.

There was a third Mummy film?

Exactly! Mind you, the second one wasn't too good either....
That said, the first one was the film CS should have been... The right balance of CGI, good balance of humour to action and a decent enough script

Yeah, I wasn't fond of the abundance of CG in CS. Even some scenes that didn't seem to have much CG in it appeared too..."processed" for lack of a better term, you know what I mean?

I know exactly what you mean.... You film in a jungle and then somehow make it look like an entirely CGI construct.... Clever.....

Speaking of John Williams, does anyone know what the piece of music is at the end of the Attack of the Clones trailer? I recognize the first part, but not the last 30 seconds. I assume it's from Return of the Jedi, but can't place it...
