    Very nice whip there!

It's great to see a kid still taking an interest in Indiana Jones and whip-cracking. That will certainly impress a girl more than drinking beer or doing drugs will!

I must say though that I was cringing as I watched him crack that thing - I was so worried he was going to beat that bullwhip to heck on the metal decorative items in the backyard. But he did a good job of avoiding most of the sharp objects that could cut up a leather whip in no time. I think they call that "naturally distressed"?

Even more impressive is his gear.

    Great job dad!

Thank you for sharing, "Indyclone25". Much appreciated.

Though I am no bullwhip cracking expert but, your son may not want to "muscle" the whip so much while cracking. And he may want to be careful cracking the whip on hard surfaces such as the concrete as seen in the clip. Though I understand that may be the only space available but, if possible, with local laws and weather permitting, take him to a park to do some whip cracking.

As for whip cracking instruction, as I am sure you well know, there are plenty of YouTube videos and dvds for reference. I myself use the "DeLongis" style of whip cracking instruction which helped me greatly.

But, your son is looking great in his gear.
