Looking to buy another Indy jacket, used. I wear a size 44, or large depending on the make.

It could be a Wested off the rack, or US Wings legend, or even to me the holy grail(s) of jackets the Expedition or a Todd's costumes (which would need to be a XL depending on the measurements).

Here's my measurements to keep it simple: 26 inch sleeves and back
