    ROTLA Movie On Record w/Dialogue

It's music, audio, dialogue and sound effects all from the movie. But I've heard that there's some dialogue on the record that's not in the finished film as we know it. Anyone who has an mp3 of the whole record, please let me know. I'd love to have this! Thanks!

    I found this...

...but I'm 100% positive this is not what you're looking for; I remember a friend having the movie on record and it didn't sound like that- it doesn't even sound like Harrison Ford at all!

This must be some sort of simplified young children's version of the movie.

Thanks for thinking of me, but that's not it. I think that's the story book or something.

I had the Temple of Doom one on cassette. Basically the movie edited down to 40 minutes in length. You could hear background dialogue more clearly in some scenes because they'd removed John Williams score in places. Used to listen to it over and over in the car when I was a kid. This was before the movie was available to purchase on VHS.

I had this album when I was a kid and played it to death! I don't recall noting there was any added dialogue that wasn't in the movie though.

I received an audio file of ROTLA Movie On Record and it's actually pretty cool. No narrative at all. There is some extra dialogue not heard in the movie. Some subtle nuances here and there as well. There's some sound effects and even dialogue taken from certain parts of the movie and used in completely different parts on the record.
And Jock as we hear in the movie, is actually a completely different voice on the record. Same dialogue, but different voice. At least it sounds like it to me.
Overall, kind of cool for the collector in us!

Somebody has put the LP to some stills on youtube:

I wouldn't mind having a recording of this as well.

Yes, but on YouTube, part 3 has the audio silenced due to copyright laws.

I found all three LP movies as MP3s online. They are out there if you look.
