    Yes, we're changing server.
The website will be out today, and maybe tomorrow too.

You wouldn't find this offering on our website, it will not be published because of the "nature" of it...

    Order placed!
I've asked Diego for a front height of no more than 4.5" ..... 4.75 looks too damn tall on me! I will have a fedora that I really feel comfortable in one of these days....

4.5 is a good height. IIRC gunslinger has done work that shows it coming in at 4.25 for the film one. Of course size and dimensions for each individual is a consideration. Seriously, you just may end up living in this thing.

Yes 4.25 sounds even better! I look at it as a proportion of my face. 4.75 and the hat looks as tall as my face below it. I see the Raiders hat as maybe 2/3 the height of ford's face..... Diego, can we get it lower than 4.5 with your block?

Yeah, I'd taken it as a given for years based on comments by Steve Delk etc. that the hat was bashed at 4.5" but when I reblocked a HJ for myself about a year ago I found that I didn't have enough felt to make the brim break at what would become the 4.5" height, so I cheated it a little to gain more brim. It ended up at 4.25, and I was actually shocked to find that when I did some overlays to see how bad it was off, that it was actually dead-on! Having said that, I don't think 4.5 is bad - as DJD says, it really comes down to your face.

Yeah, my Fed IV is about 4.5 and looks a lot better height wise than my AB which is 4.75.
So Diego, do you think you can make mine 4.25?

    Yes, no problem.
We will be in contact throughout the manufacturing process.
