Nick is a great whip maker who seems to be in semi retirement now. I think he makes whips when he wants and puts them up for sale when finished. Very sensible!

Here is it when new,

and about 3 and a half years later, seems to have darkened quite a bit.

It cracks great and LOUD.

Very nice looking whip, the plaiting all looks perfect. Is it made of Kangaroo?

I was just thinking of Pagey - someone has one of his one sale somewhere - and how I'd love to have one of his. The price on the one for sale was just too much for me right now, though, especially with the Euro to Dollar conversion added on. Great looking whip! Looks like it would be a supple, loud cracker!

Looks good, KT. I've heard some good things about Pagey's whips. I really like how it has darkened up. Do you work with it quite a bit?

I'm afraid my own whip is a bit too much "for show". :D
