I believe I have this specific scene in my time stamp for the prototype jacket. I'll have to double check if I do, but I think that's part of the going through the window stunt with TL.

Edit: I have it in #4 of the time stamp list in the prototype jacket thread.

So you're saying, NB, that this is the prototype? I tend to agree. Not a Wilsons as we've been led to believe. I think the prototype was made, maybe saw a little screen time on Ford in the beginning (Bantu Wind and temple scenes) and then was pretty much relegated to stunt work after that.

Is that Ford climbing on the truck in that scene or Terry Leonard?

I believe the entire grille sequence switches back and forth between them a few times. That particular screengrab by KT is when it happens to be terry leonard wearing The Prototype Jacket imo.

@crismans, I'm seeing that ford wore the imam and main hero in the temple scenes.

Looks like he has a pistol in his holster? Doesn't look like the S&W though... The browning??

I remember that you, at one time, thought that right before the "don't go in the light scenes" the BW jacket might have made an appearance and presented some good evidence. Do you no longer think that?

A waterpistol maybe. The BR wouldn't fit in there. I don't think so.
And I don't think that HF wore the main hero throughout this whole sequence.

Your thoughts?

I'm sorry Crisman's, I totally don't remember saying that. I know that Gunslinger and I have been trying to hash it out for quite awhile and Gunslinger has a lot of his own analysis up.

I'm seeing that HF wore the Bantu Wind/Prototype jacket for the sitting dockside still photo. Possibly/likely wore it in the bantu wind film scene and maybe a small chance in the running from Hovitos scene. Here's what I have for the "stay out of the light" sequence:

From The Imam Jacket thread:

This Imam Jacket thread is the first one of the three listed above for me to attempt to do this. I refer to it as The Imam Jacket because it was first used during film production in the Imam's scene which took place at Elstree. Please don't hesitate to offer feedback. I say The Imam IS..... THE JACKET..... used in the following scenes with the time stamps of the scenes the jacket is used in:

1. Hawaii Approach to Temple Entrance: 00:00 - 4:09
2. Hawaii Temple Exit Dive/*Hovitos Chase: 9:38 - jump in the river (The Main Hero Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=500.0) possibly used in the Hawaii Plane scene)
3. Temple Entrance/Spiders on Back: 4:09 - 5:11
4. "Stay Out of the Light" (Except for the last sequence of the scene titled: "Where Forrestall Cashed In"): 5:11 - 5:30
5. Jump the Pit Martin Grace Stunt (Possibly The Prototype Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=501.0)): 8:38 - 8:39
6. Out Before the Lock: 9:02 - 9:07
7. Dead Satipo: 9:07 - 9:21
8. Boulder Run: 9:21 - 9:38
9. Imam's House: 46:38 - 49:28
10. Cab Fight Bullet Hole Forward/Truck Chase (With the exception of the "Through the Window", "Truck Hood/Grill", and "Truck Drag" stunt scenes):
1:26:21 - 1:27:15, 1:28:18 - 1:29:04
11. Truck Hood/Grille: 1:27:16 - 1:27:17, 1:27:19 - 1:27:30, 1:27:32 - 1:27:39, 1:27:42 - 1:27:42
12. Truck Drag: 1:28:05 - 1:28:07

From The Main Hero Jacket thread:

This Main Hero Jacket thread is the second one of the three listed above for me to attempt to do this. The Imam Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=478.0) is the first that describes a bit more background of this project in the first post. Please don't hesitate to offer feedback. I say The Main Hero IS..... THE JACKET..... used in the following scenes with the time stamps of the scenes the jacket is used in:

1. "Where Forrestall Cashed In" (Part of the last sequence of the "Stay Out of the Light" scene): 5:31 - 5:42
2. First Pit Jump: 5:43 - 6:10
3. Temple Chamber Entrance to Second Pit Jump: 6:10 - 8:19
4. Second Pit Jump: 8:19 - 8:38, 8:39 - 9:01
5. Raven Bar: 25:43 - 33:37
6. Well of Souls (Except for the Falling Statue Stunt): 58:26 - 1:15:26
7. Flying Wing: 1:15:27 - 1:22:18
8. Horseback: 1:22:18 - 1:22:28, 1:23:02 - 1:23:10, 1:23:25 - 1:23:26
9. Cab Fight/Truck Chase (Up until bullet hole to Indy's left arm scene): 1:23:33 - 1:26:21
10. Bantu Wind Cabin: 1:31:44 - 1:32:02

Additionally, here's the comparison I did on page 2 of The Main Hero Jacket thread:

Updated the first posts in the following jacket threads: The Imam Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=478.0), The Main Hero Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=500.0), The Prototype Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=501.0) with the time stamps of where they appear in the film.

Here's a look at the first moment in the Ellstree shooting schedule as seen on film in the Temple scene where they switch from The Imam Jacket first used in the Imam's house, Temple Entrance/Spiders on Back, and "Stay Out of the Light" sequences to The Main Hero Jacket. This is great for comparison because we can see the jackets when they were relatively fresh, both used basically for the same scene, with The Imam Jacket used for the "Stay Out of the Light" part of the scene and The Main Hero used for the "Where Forrestall Cashed In" (dead Forrestall on spikes) part of the scene.

These indicators that show the differences in these two jackets are consistent throughout the film even throughout action sequences. The 45 degree crease on The Main Hero Jacket's right side collar that goes to the tip can be seen to evolve over time. The collar stand on that side gradually folds completely in half causing the whole collar assembly to fall inward and the zipper remains in a nice folded out "C" shape throughout The Main Hero Jacket's appearance throughout the film. The other side of the collar on The Main Hero Jacket has a very visible deep crease along the length of the front of the collar stand and the collar itself and the collar tip have a different shape than The Imam Jacket.

The cutoff portion of the text at the bottom is 'arrow shows "C" shape'.
Comparison Collage: The Main Hero Jacket ("Where Forrestall Cashed In") vs The Imam Jacket ("Stay Out of the Light"):

And Lastly from The Prototype Jacket thread:

This Prototype Jacket thread is the third one of the three listed above for me to attempt to do this. The Imam Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=478.0) is the first that describes a bit more background of this project in the first post. Please don't hesitate to offer feedback. I say The Prototype IS..... THE JACKET..... used in the following scenes with the time stamps of the scenes the jacket is used in:

1. Well of Souls Falling Statue Stunt (Possibly The Imam Jacket (http://www.fortuneandglory.org/index.php?topic=478.0)):
1:14:17 - 1:14:26 (Grace)
2. Horseback: 1:22:28 - 1:23:02, 1:23:10 - 1:23:25, 1:23:26 - 1:23:33 (Leonard)
2. Through the Windshield: 1:27:15 - 1:27:16 (Leonard)
4. Truck Hood/Grill: 1:27:17 - 1:27:19, 1:27:30 - 1:27:31, 1:27:40 - 1:27:42 (Leonard)
5. Truck Drag: 1:27:43 - 1:28:05, 1:28:07 - 1:28:17 (Leonard)
6. Omar's Garage: 1:29:17 - 1:29:26 (Leonard)
7. Bantu Wind Dockside: 1:29:51 - 1:31:36 (Harrison Ford)

So to summarize, I feel strongly that HF wore the Bantu Wind Sitting Dockside Still Photo Jacket/The Prototype Jacket for that sitting dockside photo and likely wore it for the Bantu Wind Film scene. After that, I think the jacket was used as a stunt jacket which is most easily seen with Terry Leonard wearing it in the "through the cab front window scene" into the "hanging from the grille" scene" into the "truck drag" scene and that HF doesn't wear it anymore after the Bantu Wind film scene. I have been exploring the Hovitos chase scene with HF wearing it and though there may be some similarities I don't see anything definite because the photos are so terribly blurry with motion.
