Very nice! You wear it well. I could see you in a Western with Sam Elliott.

LOL! Thanks. I suspect my character would catch a bullet in the first reel....

Seriously though, I love this hat. It's the first fed I've owned that I feel truely comfortable wearing

That's a great hat, but oh so dirty ;)

Have you worn it out in public yet?

Around the house..... Too much ..... I did answer the door to some friends of my son today while wearing it. They didn't bat an eye lid but they know what I'm like!

Yeah, it fits your face really well. It'll be great when the bashes "settle" into place from wear, as they will sharpen up a bit more.

I'll just note for anyone reading that the way the "dirt" appears is heavily dependent on lighting. I've found that flash photography really make it look high contrast between the felt and the dirt, while direct, bright natural light can diminish the effect from what you see here. So what you're seeing is at the "full on" end of the spectrum.

I'd agree with that. It looks no where near as dirty in real life. Or what passes for real in my world :)

Have you worn it out and about yet? Just curious the reaction.

No... I think it's one for the nicer weather. It's snowing here again at the moment. No sense in getting it wet if I can avoid it
