Here's my Todd's LC holster - I think I've had this thing close to two years - I did some work on. When it arrived it looked like a black blob and I thought it must have been a joke. After I soaked it in hot water and hit it with sandpaper it quickly turned into an awesome piece of gear - one of my favorites.

It really looks the part and once all that dye came out in the water the brown hues of the leather started to show through. I soaked it multiple times and dried it with my Rook Webley inside (yes, I'm lucky enough to have gotten one and at a reduced price to boot! ;) ). I like this holster better than the Raider's model I also own.

That looks gorgeous! I got a Raiders Holster from Todd and I think it needs the same treatment. But I don't have a fitting gun for it at the moment :(

Awesome distressing job!!! I love the grain and colors/tones you revealed. The wet molding came out great, too!

Looks great and Michael's absolutely right that the wet molding came out superb.

This also shows me that I made an error. I had a chance at one of Rook's Webleys but I passed for another piece of gear (my thought being that I will get a real Webley some day). I still intend to but, unless something unexpected shows, it is a far-future purchase. A Webley from Rook would have filled in the space very nicely.
