Here is my Lee Keepler Fedora in "Raiders" style. It is a beaver-rabbit blend with a 5 1/2" crown with a 3" front brim with 2 1/2" sides and 2 3/4" in the back. Though fedoras are not my expertise, in my humble opinion, it is a nice, soft fedora. Really like the color of the fedora. The pictures were taken outdoors with natural lighting.

Had the fortunate opportunity to meet Mr. Keepler in person last weekend. Overall great guy with some very intresting stories. ;) By the way, don't forget about Mr. Keepler when it comes to purchasing "Indiana Jones" gear. He has great products at reasonable prices. He has never stopped producing gear. Remember, he is one of the "forefathers" when it comes to "Indiana Jones" gear.

Yes, he is aware of the fact that members have stated it is difficult to contact him and receiving their ordered products in a timely manner. But, if he has the item in stock, he will ship the products immediately. My fedora in my size was in stock, ordered it on a Tuesday, received it on the following Satruday.

My suggestions concerning contacting him. Contact him by way of his mobile phone NOT through his email address. And contact him early in the week for he is usually on the road late in the week and on the weekends for gun shows. And it is best to call him either early in the morning or late afternoon-early evening. His middays are occupied with a prior commitment.

His mobile number is 1 (619) 647-6744. Give him a call. He is a friendly person who always enjoys a good conversation.

I've always enjoyed every conversation I've had with Lee. I've got one of his fedoras and it is my "work" fedora. It's handled some stressful situations thrown at it and really looks the part! I also like the beaver/rabbit blend. It's suple enough to reacreate the Raiders look but still has some of the durability and refinement of beaver. I actually intend to get another to put back in case mine ever gives up the ghost.

Really nice hat there!

I also have enjoyed every conversation I've had with Lee. I bought a 100% beaver fedora from him about a year ago. In talking with him about it when in the beginning stages, he had mentioned to me that the color of the hat would come within specs to Steve's coloring scheme for Indiana Jones hats. And indeed it did! However, it was more so for the Raiders color than CS which is a lighter color brown. Also, the felt needs a lot of use to break it in and the block is so hard you could crack a coconut on it! Nonetheless, it's a great hat and it happens to be the last 100% beaver that Lee will ever have made or take orders for as the wait time was just too long for both of us. What was to take 1 1/2 months took almost a year to get. Right now I'm having him stretch it as I learned AFTER I ordered it, that I wear a size 7 1/8 and NOT a size 7 ???

I may be putting this up for sale again on Ebay here soon as I've simply got too much extra gear and need to downsize to use the funds for much more needed gear to complete things. So if anyones interested in a Keppler pure beaver fedora, let me know before I put it up on auction. I'd rather it go to a fellow fan of Kepplers than to someone in Timbuktu. It's currently in a CS bash, but could easily be put into a Raiders styling.

Let me know ASAP so Lee can change the bash if you want Raiders. PM me for pricing, etc.

Now back to our regularly scheduled programming. ;)
