Random Indy Sketch

Here's a sketch I did while on vacation last week. The further it progressed, Indy looked morose staring at a blank spot on the table, so I put something there for him to glare at.

Totally random I know, but I enjoyed myself. More focused work will follow in the days and weeks ahead.

Nicely done! Apparently Ford's likeness is hard to get down, but you've done a good job here!

Thanks Crismans. I think he ended up looking more like Richard Burton than Ford in this sketch. I don't always try to make my Indy drawings look like Ford; it is hard to nail down his likeness and have your drawing look natural. Even harder when you're working with a ballpoint pen!

More than likely. Although, there's a lot of whiskey missing from that bottle, and it may not be the first one (drew this on a bad day!) Potatohead could very well be a hallucination, so if he did catch a bullet, that probably means a bar patron did too. That's how Indy got into court ordered rehab.
