Here are photos of my Relic Hunter that I took a sandpaper to...very worried at first but overjoyed at the results!

It has totally conviced me that Kelso has truly sourced a complete creen accurate leather. I know it all boils down to opinion and personal taste but phots can also bear great weight...
the distressed areas totally have the "sueded" look to them.

I only wish I had followed the pattern of distressing on the film jacket..it was just a late night thing.

Looks really nice!
I didn't want to risk sandpaper on my S&J so used acetone instead. Good results too.

Wow! That would have taken some balls to start, but the results look totally worth it.

Just need BK to come out with a TOD and LC - they'd look awesome with those suedey undertones.

Great results! I agree with GS that it would have taken some gumption to start on a $800 jacket, but well worth it when you see the results. Put me in as wanting a BK LC (what a code!) as well. I've got my Wested ToD so I'm set there, but as Wested isn't making them anymore, that would be a good market to tap into.
