Has your wested shrunken lamb softened over time? I have one also but it seems to have a much stiffer feel to it. I love the jacket regardless and have tried a little Pecards on it but found that the shrunken lamb doesn't absorb it the same as the others. A lighter conditioner would work I suppose......

Thanks RamMan. No the wested hasn't softened at all. It's a great looking leather but odd. I gave it a soak in the shower when I first got it and then wore it until it dried. It has great creases in it but they're kind of frozen in time... Although it's quite a rigid leather it doesn't look stiff in the way a G&B usually looks for instance
