Just saw this on another forum http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/mens-burks-bay-brushed-napa-leather-jacket-brown.aspx?a=595851 Anyone know anything about this jacket? $145.00 is reasonable.

Reminds me of a "U.S. Wings" "Indy styled" jacket design. Too bad there is there no picture of the back available to view. But, from the description of the liner, sounds like more a fall and winter jacket.

That "Burk's Bay" jacket has been around for a while, sold through different retailers.
Cheap leather and a horizontal seam running across the front, right above the pockets....

And, the back....http://www.burksbay.com/cart/images/large/8031_01_LRG.jpg

I'd say give this one a pass.
For a few dollars more, you could get something from either Todd's or US Wings (Todd's for accuracy, or USW for a heavier jacket).

Edit: I just remembered that at one time there was an NRA version of this same jacket that came with a lined, concealed carry pocket....

I totally agree that there are better options. I just hadn't seen this one before and I thought I had pretty much seen them all. Screen accuracy aside though its not a terrible looking jacket.

Found a video on Youtube that shows the concealed pocket. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xjw4rh1Qpg

Yeah, once you get into the Indy jacket, you start seeing "close-enoughs" and knock offs all over the web.
Some of them are half-way decent looking and some of them down-right hideous.

Doesn't look too bad in the video, but, it would have really helped if the jacket actually fit the model.
It's looks like she's wearing her linebacker boyfriends coat :D
