Hi guys, i know im discussing a topic that doesn't have something to do with the Indiana Jones series and i apologize but since there are hat experts here in this website i just want to ask about the materials of the hat that Rocky wore in Rocky I, II, V, and VI(balboa) and what they are made of heres a good picture, btw Stallone looks so young and lighter hue here

Yeah it's wool but Stallone bought it along with his jacket at a cheap store around his apartment's street before he does the filming of Rocky :D . It probably might be Tweed.

The hat on the dummy is not the same on the one rocky is wearing. Look at the welted edge on both.

Now i can see the screenused hat is slightly wornout than the dummy hat which is a prop and a replica, but in the movies b4 Rocky 6, the hat was black and the wool was smooth. But in the last recent movie its gray and rough, it's funny that Rocky hat is made of cheap materials and is sloppy, while his sidekick and friend Paulie fedoras were made of luxorious fur felt and they were neat :D

Yes. How the "entourage" lives it up and rides on the coat tails of the simple blue collar man who through guts and determination finds success. Loses it all through nativity and trusting good 'ole Paulie, and then still keeps his character. Lot of themes throughout the Rocky movies with wardrobe backing them up.

Oh, I dunno....I think many men lose everything through nativity as well...So Neutron is definitely "right" there...
