Stetson grey clipper hat

Here's my STETSON INDIANA JONES GREY CLIPPER Travel Fedora. It's a hand made fine fur felt fedora from 1984.

I found it brand new, and unused. It still had the Indiana Jones hat tag still tucked into the hat ribbon!


As usual, my photos suck, and never look like the hat really does. Perhaps I'm just too close to the hat in the shots. It's in the sunlight at 5:00 pm, and it doesn't show much shadow in the bashes, so as usual, you can't see any detail. It's a nice hat actually. Great color!

I want to travel somewhere, just so I can wear it like INDY did!

Here's an indoor shot. I wanted to show some shadows on the hat to show it off better. Also, the color of the hat in these inside photos are what the grey color actually looks like, unlike the washed out color in the harsh sunlight photos. The next photo with the hat tag is perhaps the best representation of the true color of the fedora.

Thanks guys! I always wanted a grey clipper fedora, and now I have one. I love it. It fits well, and was made during the TEMPLE OF DOOM era, and was branded, and sold as an INDIANA JONES FEDORA.

I'm guessing that being the brown fedora would be the most popular by about 100 -1, that not too many of the grey travel clipper fedora were ever made.

I too, like the inside color of the fedora. It's classy.

I'd LOOOVE to do that! I'd like to wear it when on a plane, or train while traveling! It could easily be worn with a dark navy double breasted suit (or with anything).
I sure was lucky to get a brand new old stock grey clipper fedora...in MY size! I've worn it to work many times, as I have with my brown HJ fedoras. I wear the fedoras every day now. I'm really into this now.
