Yesterday, they had some nice mussels at the supermarket.
10 mins prep, about 10 mins cooking mmm, good lunch with a big hunk of bread:

And today We made up a big batch of jiaozi or potstickers (in American). :).

I know, I was slightly pulling your leg with the 'potstickers' thing. :) The term usually used in English is dumpling too. Though I tend to think of that as the heavy suet type in stews, but it is correct to call these dumplings.

In Japan we call em Gyouza....餃子 which, in English is indeed "dumplings"...
Bloody lovely they are too...

We call them many names over here... Dumplings, Gyouza (but I think it depends on the sauce) or Siomai. It's usually known here as Siomai. Another thing I love is Siopao.
